What we provide
Free tools that calculate dates from published government rules, and paid services that check your documents and prepare and send applications on your behalf, as described on each product page.
What we are not
PetsCleared is an independent service, not a government agency, a veterinarian or a transport company. Government fees and permits are set by the authorities. The decision to admit your pet always belongs to the quarantine officer.
Your part
- Give us true, complete information and documents.
- Arrange and attend the vet visits your pet needs, on the dates required.
- Check the documents we send you and tell us quickly about any mistake.
- Follow your airline's rules for travelling with animals.
Authorisation
When you order a service that we send on your behalf, you authorise us to submit the application with the information and documents you gave us. We copy you on every message we send to the authority.
Our responsibility
We take care to apply the rules correctly and to send applications on time. If an application is refused because of our error, we refund your fee (see Refunds). We are not responsible for decisions by authorities, airlines or vets, for rule changes after we checked them, or for costs such as flights, quarantine or vet fees. Our total liability is limited to the fee you paid us.
