We help people take their dog or cat to Japan and Thailand without surprises at the border.

Moving with a pet means following rules written for officials, with dates that depend on each other. Full-service pet movers handle it, but usually charge thousands. Free guides explain it, but leave you to do the paperwork and hope the dates add up.

PetsCleared sits in between. Our free tools work out your dates from the official rules. For a flat fee, we check your documents and prepare and send the paperwork that can be sent for you, like the Thai import permit application, with you in copy on every email.

What we don't do

We aren't vets and we aren't a government agency. Only a vet can examine your pet, give vaccines and sign the health certificate, and only quarantine officers decide at the border. We make sure those steps happen on the right dates and that everyone has the right information.
