Refund policy
- Before we send your application: cancel any time for a full refund.
- Our mistake: if your application is refused or delayed because of an error we made, we refund the full fee.
- After we send your application: fees aren't refundable when an authority refuses for reasons outside our control, such as missing vet requirements or late documents from you.
- Free tools are free; there is nothing to refund.
To ask for a refund, email hello@petscleared.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
