Privacy policy
What we collect
- Free tools: the dates you type stay in your browser. We don't receive them.
- Orders: your name, passport number, nationality, contact details and address in Thailand; your pet's details and microchip number; your vaccination records, microchip certificate, flight booking, passport copy and pet photo; your signed authorisation.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
Why
Only to check your documents, prepare and send your application to the relevant authority, contact you about your order, and meet legal and accounting duties.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare (website hosting and our order and photo-reading services)
- Anthropic (reading the photos you choose to upload; images are not stored by our service)
- Resend (delivering order emails)
- Stripe (payments)
- The government authority you are applying to (for example, Thailand's Animal Quarantine Station)
How long we keep it
Order documents are deleted 30 days after your arrival date. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@petscleared.com.
